Field Marketing Manager (Home Improvements)

Position: Field Marketing Manager

Take charge of a growing door-to-door canvassing team and enjoy a leadership role with high earning potential. You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor canvassers, and drive results, all while earning $100K–$200K.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of canvassers
  • Hire, train, and motivate canvassers for peak performance
  • Plan daily mapping of neighborhoods to be canvassed
  • Conduct team meetings and review performance
  • Canvass older neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule inspections

Requirements

  • Previous door-to-door canvassing leadership experience
  • Excellent team management and coaching skills
  • High energy, results-oriented, and motivated by team success
  • Strong planning and communication abilities

Compensation

  • Competitive salary, commission and performance-based bonuses
  • Earning potential $100K–$200K
