Position: Manager Trainee

Start growing your career in the field setting up appointments and earn $50K to $125K – no selling required

Responsibilities:

• Canvass local neighborhoods to identify homes with old original windows and roofing
• Talk with homeowners about the benefits of brand new impact windows & roofing
• Schedule appointments FREE inspections
• Learn how to recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers

Qualifications:
• No experience required (We'll Train)
• Outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills
• Driven to achieve goals
• Must have a car or a truck

Compensation:
• Salary, Commission & Bonus (Earn $50,000 to $125,000 per year)
• 5-day work schedule
